Attack of the amazing nine foot darkie gyal...

I changed the header image. Hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I did dressing and posing for it. :)

I had an interesting exchange on okc...thought I'd share...

I know that some of you have come over to read me at okc. Others who have not might miss this and I think it's crucial enough that I'm just gonna paste in right on in, here...

Is this about H1N1 or about an election?

Yesterday - 5:01pm

I really like the seemingly unimportant details they slip in near the end. But the aHEM "unexplained deaths" are also very telling. I guess the threat of H1N1 is working well for proponents of the shock doctrine all over the planet. So sweet.

Ukraine closes all schools, cinemas over swine flu

Fri Oct 30, 12:14 PM

KIEV (AFP) - Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on Friday ordered a three-week closure of Ukraine's schools and cinemas in the toughest measures adopted yet to combat the swine flu virus in Europe.

"From today, all the school establishments in Ukraine -- be they private or public -- will be put on three weeks of holiday," she told her cabinet in comments carried on Ukrainian television.

Tymoshenko said the government would also be banning "all public gatherings, every concert and every cinema showing for three weeks."

The government will also introduce "special regimes" to limit the movement of Ukraine's citizens from one region to another for non-urgent purposes, she said. Ukraine has borders with four EU countries.

The prime minister's tough actions came as Ukraine confirmed its first deaths from the A(H1N1) virus, amid a growing panic over several dozen unexplained deaths in the west of the country.

Four people in Ukraine are now confirmed to have died from the virus, the secretary of the country's national security council Raisa Bogatyriova said, according to the Ukrainian presidency.

In the Ternopil region alone in western Ukraine, 30 people have died of unexplained causes in the last days, health ministry spokeswoman Lyudmila Gordon told reporters.

Tymoshenko also threatened to revoke the licenses of pharmacies that failed to stock the appropriate level of anti-flu medicine and masks.

"We can say today that Ukraine has entered into the zone of the swine flu epidemic," Health Minister Vassyl Kniazevich said.

AFP correspondents in Kiev and the western city of Lviv said there had been long queues outside pharmacies in the past days as the population stocked up on anti-flu masks.

Many students whose courses were cancelled in Lviv and Ternopil left the cities, while those who remained were frequently seen wearing masks in public places.

Lemons, a traditional anti-flu remedy, sold out at markets in Lviv while supermarkets were selling them at double price.

There is currently only enough anti-flu medication in Lviv to last three to four days but central authorities have promised to make additional deliveries, said Lviv governor Mykola Kmit.

Tymoshenko will travel to the affected western Ternopil region later Friday to visit the "epicentre" of the epidemic, a government statement said.

The country's politicians, including Tymoshenko, have just started official campaigning for presidential elections scheduled for January 17.

The prime minister on Saturday held a mass outdoor rally in the centre of Kiev attended by tens of thousands of people to mark her party's confirmation of her candidacy in the presidential race.

President Viktor Yushchenko, Tymoshenko's political arch-rival who is also standing in the elections, was due to hold his own rally on Sunday but it is now unclear whether this can go ahead.

Residents of Kiev meanwhile were asking pharmacies for masks and medication but these were not always to be found in stock.

The quoted article is really well written. I like the way it starts by picking at the problem and holds the stronger arguments in reserve until after the distractions have been dismissed.

I'm not sure what you mean about the "unexplained deaths" being telling, though. From what I can tell, we are talking about medical deaths where no one tested for H1N1, which is pretty common globally given how expensive the test is.

I wrote:
I think the article is manipulatively written. Have you ever had a lie told to you by a really good liar who wants to make sure that they're not accused later on of leaving out pertinent bits of information? First they tell you the story. It's solid. It holds up to scrutiny fairly well. But then because they don't want to be said later that you didn't know what was actually going on, they incorporate the real bits of information, the truths that they want aired but ina way that really down plays their importance. So, in this case we get the story abotu H1N1. Everyone's been hearing about that for a few years now. We've been trained to perk up and pay close attention when we here about it. We focus there because we have been told that we need to focus there. Then, they tell us what's actually going on in the Ukraine. They share the most interesting bits of information. But they share them as miscellanea so we don't become annoyed. They insert bits and pieces here and there. People are dying inexplicably in the Ukraine. The article does not say they're dying of H1N1. They leave it to us to assume that this is true because they were talking about H1N1 earlier. People are dying. Somehow they are being killed. The article doesn't say exactly how. They've also said that the leader of the Ukraine has closed the schools and is well on the way to declaring martial law. Why? Oh, the article says it's because she's concerned about viral transmission. But then later on the article also says that there's an election happening. She has shut down the country (because of H1N1) in the middle of an election. She hasn't called off the election. In fact, she had a public appearance related to the election. The article says that her oponent was due to speak, also election related. But then she basically shut the country down...because of H1N1 and now he won't be able to promote his candidacy which may very well cost him the election. But I'm assuming that people will still be able to gather to line up and vote...because she's not calling off the election. She's just making public gatherings now that she has spoken as electoral candidate, against the law. giggles...because of H1N1. Sweet. Now, that's some good politricking. :)

But then I realized that I just dropped a whole load of text into my comments section without any breaks. So I wrote:

Please let me insert paragraphs. That's a lot to take in in one gulp, DV.

So I started inserting paragraph breaks and then realized there was more I wanted to say. So this is what my original comment morphed into:

I think the article is manipulatively written.

'Sides, at this point in the history of journalism it really isn't about how well written an article is. Journalism schools are filled with people who can string sentences together in a coherent fashion.

What ends up being of more interest to me is what they do with their skills. And the people who are hired by mainstream distributors of the confabulations we refer to as "the news" have been hired to weave some really fascinating bits of creative non-fiction. :)

DV, have you ever had a lie told to you by a really good liar who wants to make sure that they're not accused later on of leaving out pertinent bits of information?

It's like the old magician's slight of hand in a way. There are places where the action is happening. This is where they don't want you to look. Then there are places where it's okay to look, where it would be better for you to look. So they're waving their hands over there, pointing in that direction, asking you to pay attention over THERE.

And, if the article is well written enough, most of us do.

So there's the diversion - H1N1 and then there's the action - what's going on in the Ukraine electoral process.

So first they give us the story about H1N1. We pay attention to the news. We've been educating ourselves about H1N1 with the "news" they've been offering. So what they tell us in this article seems solid and well written. It holds up to scrutiny fairly well.

But then because they don't want it to be said later that they didn't actually tell us what's going on in the Ukraine, they give us a little taste. Just a little taste...but it's not front and center...because of H1N1.

So these skilled writer/spin doctors incorporate real bits of information, the truths that they want aired but in a way that really downplays their importance. We get the story about H1N1...because that's the real news....because we all think that's the real news...because they've told us that's the real news..

Magicians hand waving over there we look in the direction of the epidemic so that when they start incorporating info about the leadership campaign in the Ukraine, it's of little or no interest to us...because they've told us by the placement of the information in the story that this is of little or no importance.

So they share the most interesting bits of information..ones that should be of interest to people concerned about human rights and democracy. But they share them in such a way that makes them secondary to a story about H1N1. The real news about potential human rights violations are constructed as a political side effect of H1N1. Miscellanea.

What do I understand from reading the article?

People are dying inexplicably in the Ukraine.

The article does not actually say they're dying of H1N1. They leave it to us to assume that this is true because they were talking about H1N1 earlier on in the piece.

DV, people are dying in the Ukraine during an electoral campaign. Somehow they are being killed. The article doesn't say exactly how.

I also know that the leader of the Ukraine has decided to make it really difficult for people to gather, especially students.

DV, what do students often do in times of election if something smells like a rat? Besides disease, what else might students be spreading during the time immediately before an election?

But the article tells us that the leader of the Ukraine has closed the schools and is well on the way to declaring martial law...not because she's scared of losing the election, not because she's worried that if the people gather together they will revolt, not because she's worried that her opponent, if allowed to speak, will mobilize the country against her.

Nope. She's pretty much instituting martial law...because of H1N1.

Her opponent has not had a chance to address the masses and probably won't get to...because of H1N1.

hmmm...I wonder who those people are...the ones who have inexplicably died...we are led to believe, of....H1N1. giggles...gee, I wonder who they were and what their political affiliations were. Guess we'll never know...because of H1N1. lmao

Funny how the election hasn't been called off...because of H1N1.

I wonder if her opponent will inexplicably die...because of H1N1.

Which will of course directly lead to her winning...because of H1N1.

DV, y'know what I think is happening? I mean...given the fact that we're not often offered news from the Ukraine...because no one in north amerikkka gives a fuck about what happens in the Ukraine, really. :)

I think that H1N1 related martial law is being given a test drive in the media. I think that our rulers are paying close attention to how we receive the logic of shutting a whole country down and forbidding gatherings and suspending the "rights" of a whole people...because of H1N1.

I think they're checking to see if a well written article or two or three will be enough to justify doing the same thing closer to home.

And y'know what I think? I think they're probably really happy with the end result. No one is crying foul. No one is freaking out. There are no mass demonstrations around the world crying out about what's happening in the Ukraine. All is quiet and peaceful...except in the Ukraine...where people are inexplicably dying during the time of an election and no one gets to see what's actually happening to them because people are huddled in their homes terrified...of H1N1.

Holy shit! Is that ever sweet. :)

Now, that's some good politricking. :)

This is a cross posting...

One of my neighbours came by day before yesterday

She's worried about the government and bigpharma forcing meds on children and teens whose behaviour does not seem in line with the societal norm. She keeps trying to warn me to be careful and to not let my daughter out of my sight.

She wants me to know not to trust the schools because they are in collusion with those who seek to control and dominate.

She wants me to know that the government as an authoritarian body is probably quite desirous of a massive drugged population of workers who do not think clearly and who therefore also cannot mount any well organized resistance.

She wants me to understand that at this point in history it isd beneficial to those who rule that most of us be controlled with psychiatric medications that we either willingly or unwillingly injest or are injected with.

She wants me to know that the school boards have been authorized to recommend large scale drugging of our children and that they receive kick backs from the pharma corps for each child they drug.

She wants me to know that they will eventually attempt to drug my daughter and my son with ritalin or some other such substance and and that I should be on guard.

She wants me to know that if I try to block them and their drugs that they will use child services to define me as an unsafe parent, take my children, drug them and then return them back to me or...not.

:)

I think she sees me out on my flowery bike, dressed to tha nines, hair done, face painted, with a smile on my face, running around with seminalson and with bug/simian boy and perhaps she thinks I'm calm as in stupid and in denial.

I try as best as I can, given that I don't fully speak clear to anyone in my neighbourhood, that I am horribly, awesomely present and aware.

I am in here and paying full attention.

I understand that the school has me on its radar as a trouble maker who makes waves.

But I think they also realize that because I am highly educated, articulate and a SAHM with so, so much time on my hands, that they are on mine.

I try to communicate across to my neighbour that I'm well aware and prepped for the worst at all times.

I try to explain to her that I'm calm like a bomb.

The anti-child drugging movement

I like this one, too...

Things are going well...

I went to a massively fun party on Saturday night with new lover, bug/simian boy. We got to play dress up...not for hallowe'en. I don't play dress up for rubber stamped publicly acceptable moments. That seems so dry and obedient. I prefer to do it for moments that are always out of bounds. This was a huge, intense, jam packed fashion show/fetish night I've been wanting to go to for years. I haven't been to a leather community event since well before Stinkapee was born. When I walked into the space it took my breath away. I was gleeful. I was...overwhelmed. A much downplayed part of me felt contextualized. That was amazing. I talked to so many people. I met so many people. They were mature, interactive, playful, courteous, intrepid, respectful, intelligent. I loved it! It was good to feel...over dressed for a change. We didn't leave until the butt crack of dawn. I was exhausted but satiated. Sweet. :)

These photos are some of many that were taken by bug/simian boy and by papi (who agreed to stay home with the little people while the two of us went out to roam). :)

Martial Law Alert Over Swine Flu
By Stephen Lendman
9-7-9
Fact check -
-- no Swine Flu threat exists;
-- reported H1N1 infections and deaths are uncorroborated;
-- WHO predicting a global pandemic affecting "as many as two billion people....over the next two years" is falsified hype unless a diabolical depopulation scheme (by vaccines or other means) plans to create one;
-- vaccines don't protect against diseases they're designed to prevent and often cause them;
-- all vaccines contain harmful toxins, including mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol (antifreeze), and squalene adjuvants that weaken and can destroy the human immune system, making it vulnerable to many annoying to life-threatening illnesses; and
-- evidence suggests that the H1N1 strain was bioengineered in a US laboratory, and the vaccines being produced for it are extremely hazardous and potentially lethal.
Under no circumstances should anyone submit to them even if threatened with fines, quarantine, or incarceration.
Government and PhRMA Are Enemies, Not Protectors
On April 26, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a "Determination that a Public Health Emergency Exists....as a consequence of confirmed cases of H1N1 Influenza in four US states." At an April 27 press briefing, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano said:
Yesterday "I issued a public health emergency declaration" as part of "standard operating procedure" to make more government resources available to combat the spread of Swine Flu. She then ordered the FDA "to proceed to permit things like Tamiflu to be used for populations that they otherwise wouldn't be used for - in this case, for example, very, very young children."
On November 13, 2005, Japan's Health Ministry said it was "looking into reports of a number of sudden deaths of young people who had taken prescribed dosages of Tamiflu." The Ministry also "found 64 cases of psychological disorders linked to the drug in the past four years."
The Japan Institute of Pharmaco-Vigilance head, Dr. Rokura Hama, said "Tamiflu appears to be similar to other powerful drugs that can cause behavioral changes" by affecting the central nervous system. It's the leading medication prescribed for the treatment and prevention of flu. In April, DHS ordered 12 million doses made available in locations around the country for quick access if needed.
Then on June 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) "raise(d) the level of (Swine Flu) influenza pandemic alert from phase 5 to phase 6," its highest level in declaring "The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic," while admitting its severity would likely be "moderate (and) most people will recover from swine flu within a week, just as they would from seasonal forms of influenza." The WHO no longer reports "confirmed" Swine Flu cases globally, yet continues to hype the scare without corroborating proof.
There was no emergency earlier or now, but you'd never know it from hyped media reports to convince people voluntarily to submit to experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous vaccines that damage the human immune system and cause health problems ranging from annoying to life-threatening.
George Bush's Executive Orders (EOs) 13295 and 13375, Homeland Security Presidential Directive-21, and Military Pandemic Planning
In addition to the federal laws below, the Bush EOs, HSPD-21, and Pentagon plan suggest a hidden agenda behind today's Swine Flu crisis as a way to institute martial law on the pretext of a public health emergency, using hyped fear to win popular acquiescence.
On April 4, 2003, EO 13295 issued a "Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases" that included cholera, diphtheria, infectious TB, plague, smallpox, yellow fever, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and viral hemorrhagic fevers like ebola and lassa.
On April 1, 2005, EO 13375 amended EO 13295 by adding "the following new subsection:"
"(c) Influenza caused by novel or reemergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic."
The October 2007 HSPD-21 "establishe(d) a National Strategy for Public Health and Medical Preparedness which builds upon principles set forth in (the 2004) Biodefense for the 21st Century and will transform our national approach to protecting the health of the American people against all disasters."
It called for:
-- "nationwide, robust, and integrated biosurveillance...to provide early warning and ongoing characterization of disease outbreaks in near real-time;
-- countermeasure stockpiling and distribution....of medical countermeasures (vaccines, drugs, and therapeutics) to a large population....;
-- mass casualty care....created by a catastrophic health event;" and
-- "community resilience" whereby "civic leaders, citizens, and families are educated regarding threats and are empowered to mitigate their own risk;" in addition, the federal government must be involved in "medical preparedness to assist (nationwide) in the face of potential catastrophic health events."
In May 2007, the Department of Defense's (DOD) "Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza" prepared for a possible H5N1 (Avian Flu) pandemic that could affect up to one-third of the population and kill as many as three million in just weeks, it was claimed. It involved using US troops to put down riots, guard pharmaceutical plants and shipments, and restrict the movement of people inside the country and across borders.
This plan remains active and US laws authorize it, including Sections 1076 and 333 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 that amended the 1807 Insurrection Act and 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. They prohibit using federal and National Guard troops for law enforcement except as constitutionally allowed or expressly authorized by Congress in times of a national emergency like an insurrection.
The president may now announce a public emergency, declare martial law, suspend the Constitution, and deploy US troops on city streets to suppress what he calls disorder.
The Legal Basis for Quarantines
Vaccine law expert Alan G. Phillips says:
"....underlying laws....allow states to mandate vaccines in an emergency....throw out exemptions....impose quarantines and isolation outside of our homes," and the only way around this is to "chang(e) state policy and law."
US laws are similar. They can mandate vaccinations and let states isolate and quarantine Swine Flu victims if authorities call the disease infectious and life-threatening.
Under the proposed Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA), civil liberties may be suspended in case of a public health emergency, with or without verifiable evidence.
The September 2003 Turning Point Model State Public Health Act (MSPHA) lets state, local, and tribal governments revise or update public health statutes and administrative regulations. According to James Hodges, executive director of Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University's Centers for Law and the Public Health, over half the states have these laws that can order flu testing, ban public gatherings, mandate quarantines, and issue other emergency public health directives.
Federal laws already do it, including the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act that lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations. It also protects drug companies from tort liability, except in cases of "willful misconduct."
US State Responses to Swine Flu
Growing numbers of states are exploiting the hyped scare by declaring a public health emergency. Others are passing laws that order forced quarantines, impose fines or imprisonment for offenders, and prepare to govern under martial law with local police, National Guard, or federal troops for enforcement.
Florida ordered voluntary or mandatory detentions at home or in state-designated facilities as well as closures of suspected buildings and areas. Quarantine Detention Orders state:
-- "non-compliant" persons are ordered to "remain in detention quarantine until released by the State Epidemiologist or Health Officer;"
-- at home, they must wear surgical masks at all times in the presence of anyone, even family members, and follow other required instructions while in isolation;
-- in state-run facilities, they must "comply with all orders....regarding (their) medical care," and must "cooperate with the detention facility's access to (themselves) and (their) medical records for purposes of delivering and monitoring (their) medical care;" and
-- these "action(s are) taken under the police power authority of the health department and your cooperation is required by law;" failure to comply is a "crime."
Forms circulating on the Internet show that Iowa ordered home or facility quarantines for anyone suspected of possible H1N1 infection. However, Mason City, Iowa's KIMT TV 3 reported that "Health leaders in (the state) are reassuring people that there are no H1N1 related quarantines being ordered," yet preparations have been made to do it.
North Carolina's Draft Isolation Order calls for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention for residents failing to comply with isolation orders.
Washington empowers local health authorities to issue emergency detention orders for up to 10 days.
On April 28, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger issued a "Proclamation to Confront Swine Flu Outbreak" and ordered "all state agencies and departments to utilize and employ state personnel, equipment and facilities to assist the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the State Emergency Plan as coordinated by the California Emergency Management Agency."
He further proclaimed a "state of emergency" because of "conditions of extreme peril" in the State.
On April 26, New York Gov. David Paterson activated the state's health emergency preparedness plan, thereby putting the state on "high alert to quickly identify and respond to any cases of swine flu." No further action was taken.
On April 28, Texas became the second state to declare a Swine Flu emergency as officials closed schools and cancelled sporting events after an alleged fatality was reported. At a press conference, Gov. Rick Perry said:
"I'm issuing a disaster declaration which covers the entire state. This will move Texas to a higher state of alert and release resources to address the spread of the virus." No further action was taken.
On May 1, Maryland's Gov. Martin O'Malley's executive order declared a public health emergency "based on an abundance of caution and concern for our students...If there is a probable case of H1N1 virus at any school, we will close that school and cease all extra-curricular activities for up to 14 days."
He also ordered "appropriate emergency protective measures (be taken to) assist public and private sector employers (take) proactive steps to prevent the spread to influenza workers and their families." He stopped short of more draconian measures, including statewide forced vaccinations and quarantines for resisters.
On August 6, the Minneapolis-St.Paul Star Tribune headlined: "As fall approaches, officials are taking a hard look at emergency plans in the event the virus strikes more aggressively." On August 10, the paper reported, without elaboration, that state officials "have a plan ready if Minnesota's health care system is swamped by 1.5 million cases."
Other states took similar actions, including Nebraska, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin, and still others are considering them as the fall flu season approaches and children return to school.
After earlier issuing a "Proclamation of Civil Emergency due to a Highly Infectious Disease," Maine Gov. John Balducci signed a Swine Flu civil emergency decree on September 1 that gives the WHO and UN martial law authority over the state and authorized the Maine Center for Disease Control to vaccinate the state's residents. Making this mandatory wasn't mentioned, but state civil emergency powers may allow it if ordered.
On April 28, the Massachusetts Senate unanimously passed the most draconian law to date, S. 2028, that imposes virtual martial law authority. If it's passed in the House and becomes law, it gives the governor sweeping powers, lets public health officials mandate vaccinations, and, with law enforcement and medical personnel, enter private residences and businesses without warrants, quarantine non-compliers, and impose $1,000-a-day fines and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days.
It also authorizes:
-- closures and evacuations to decontaminate residences, buildings or facilities;
-- the destruction of suspect materials;
-- restricting or prohibiting public gatherings;
-- public health authorities to use or supervise private health care facilities and requires private health personnel to provide appropriate services, including vaccinating state residents;
-- "the arrest without warrant (of anyone believed to have) violated an order for isolation or quarantine...;"
-- control over "ingress (and) egress" from public areas and human traffic within them;
-- enforcement measures for the safe disposal of "infectious waste and human remains;"
-- control over all medical supplies as well as other measures needed to respond to the emergency;
-- the use of state police for enforcement;
-- control over "routes of transportation and over materials and facilities including but not limited to communication devices, carriers, public utilities, fuels, food, clothing, and shelter;" and
-- public health officials to "institute appropriate civil proceedings against (properties) to be destroyed in accordance with the existing laws and rules of the courts of this Commonwealth or any such rules that may be developed by the courts for use during the emergency;" acquired properties may "be disposed of by destruction as the court may direct."
Massachusetts may be a trial balloon for what federal authorities plan everywhere as the fall flu season approaches, to be followed by hyped reports of nationwide Swine Flu outbreaks, perhaps caused by the vaccines intended to prevent them.
In early July, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced that children, pregnant women, health care workers, and adults with chronic illnesses will be first to be vaccinated. Reports indicate that inoculations will begin in early October, preceded by media-hyped fear urging everyone to get one.
