HELL Yeah, FUCKin A, WOOT, yeee-HAW, BOOYAKAH...

I'm not a big fan of court challenges, as the judges are from the upper classes and are therefore complicit and in full collusion with the oppression of those who are crushed on the daily by systems of domination.

Still...
The donut eaters do need to pay for what they did. This won't do it but the surface optics are fine from where I'm standing right about now. The people in the class action suit are those who most likely understand themselves as innocent, not radical, peaceful, in the wrong place at the wrong time, not angry, not dangerous, not bent on full system overthrow, not anarchists.

Their suit is most likely built on a separation from those who overtly resist with all their might, not waiting for a gawd king or a piece of legislation to do their work for them. Their suit will most likely continue the castigation of those constructed as radically political and those who are constructed as loose cannons just out to destroy public property and the pax north amerikkkana.

And so, it will end up coming across as if they are actually collectively saying the police actually behaved correctly in being so draconian, just not with their privileged nice well behaved selves. Definitely crush people's heads and use tear gas and snatch and grab and raid people's homes and splatter their faces all over the media, just don't do it with the people who were just being peaceful protesters, save that behaviour for those who actually threaten the status quo either through their political agendas or through their actions. yuP.

So yes I was excited about someone taking on the police but what they will attempt to do in order to succeed is not quite so exciting now that I sit down and think about it. Actually, it might come out that I end up being pretty disgusted with them and their proper well behaved class action law suit.

We shall see.

In the meantime I am not mollified...but I'll still pay attention and hope that the proceedings at least hit the police at a fiscal level, which in a capitalist system, is the only language any of those people seem to understand.
