it's touchy feely and really body based. this means if you don't have a lot of muscle density and never learned how to punch effectively, you can still use wiry strength in the body to throw an opponent. it's FUN! :) of course, you'll be needing a healthy body to be able to even entertain the possibility of effectively wrestling your way out of a bind. so please, please, please, activistees...eat some food!
